A three‑step ritual.

Diagnose

A condition check at the basin. Damage, dryness, fade or bond loss — each asks for a different treatment, and the wrong one wastes your money.

Apply

Treatment to the strand or scalp depending on the diagnosis, with infrared or controlled heat where the formula calls for it. We time every treatment by the seconds.
03
Seal and finish

Rinse, light cleanse, blow‑dry or air‑dry. You leave with the work locked in and a clear brief on how often to come back for it.

Final pricing for ranged services is confirmed at your free in‑salon consultation. A $3 sustainability levy applies to every booking · 5% off when you arrive on foot or under your own steam (bike, scooter, skate).

Which treatment is right for damaged hair?

The O Way Infrared Rebuilding Treatment ($80) is our heaviest‑weight rebuild — the one we book for hair that has been through it. For ongoing maintenance the H‑Milk ($40) is a great mid‑service add‑on. For coloured hair, an Olaplex in‑colour treatment ($90) protects bonds during the lightening process.

Can I add a treatment to my colour appointment?

Yes. An Olaplex basin treatment ($40) or an O Way infrared session is the most common pairing and adds fifteen to forty‑five minutes to your appointment. Mention it at booking and we'll book the chair accordingly.

Is the 4‑pack package worth it?

If your hair is in genuine rebuild mode, yes — the 4‑pack works out at $87.50 per treatment versus $100 single‑visit on the Infrared Remedy. Four sessions across two to three months is the rhythm we recommend for a complete reset.
